Black Police Association of Greater Dallas Names New President
September 4, 2017

I am both honored and humbled to assume the role as President of the Black Police Association of Greater Dallas. I am a servant leader that understands investing in others is not a conscious decision, but a moral obligation. As a servant leader, I subscribe to basic tenets that define leadership such as integrity, honesty, compassion, and empathy.
The growth and well-being of our organization rely on mutual trust in our membership and the communities we serve. I am committed to amplifying, enhancing and elevating our organization amidst the chaos of a very complex and challenging law enforcement environment. I begin this journey with enthusiasm and excitement as we welcome U. Renee Hall, as the first female African-American Chief of Police in the City of Dallas. Our organization will continue to work daily to meet the needs of our members, and honor our mission of “Bridging the gap between law enforcement and the community.”
