Regional Black Contractors Association of North Texas Inaugural Chairman's Awards Gala

You are cordially invited to attend the Inaugural Chairman's Awards Gala presented by the Regional Black Contractor's Association. The event will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dallas – Campbell Centre, Friday, September 22, 2017. Please join us at the Chairman’s VIP Reception at 6:00 p.m. followed by the Awards Gala & Presentation at 7:00 p.m. The focus is to celebrate black owned business, corporate partners and diversity specialist in the North Texas Region.

The Regional Black Contractors Association is honored to have Texas House of Representative of District 109, Helen Giddings serve as the Keynote Speaker for this event. Representative Helen Giddings is presently serving her 13th term in the Texas House of Representatives. She serves on the committees on State Affairs as Vice-Chair, Appropriations, Calendars. Rep. Giddings also serves as the Chair of the Texas Legislative Black Caucus. The Speaker of the House previously appointed her to the Texas Legislative Council Governing Board, the Supreme Court of Texas Permanent Judicial Commission for Children, Youth and Families, and the Joint Interim Committee to Study Alzheimer's Disease. She has previously chaired the Business & Industry Committee for three terms as well as the Dallas Area Legislative Delegation.
